Many people find it easier to talk when outside or moving. We can sit or walk in a beautiful setting. Being outdoors has natural benefits such as reducing anxiety, increasing creativity, and calming the nervous system.
Outdoor therapy is appropriate for everyone, and it can help with anything indoor therapy can.
The cost is £60 per sesson. Block booking available. There may be an additional travel cost.

In-person is available indoors and outdoors, from my counselling office in Torquay or other private, comfortable spaces around the bay from Brixham to Newton Abbot.

These sessions are individually planned for you. They are 70-90 minutes long. They may be held weekly, biweekly or as a one off.
Due to their length, these sessions can be more intense so upon booking we will check together if this is right for you and agree the structure for the session.

What space is right for you?
I have a comfortable counselling room in the heart of Torquay at Endeavour House. I also offer nature-based therapy which takes place outdoors taking advantage of the beautiful settings around us.
I value accessibility so I am willing to travel and offer sessions in suitable places that fit your schedule and needs. Together we can choose an appropriate, private, safe space around the Torbay area. This includes Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Churston, Newton Abbot.
Depending on distance, there may be an additional travel cost.
Professional counsellors like myself are trained to offer 1:1 nature-based therapy to make it more comfortable while enjoying the natural benefits of movement and being in nature. These sessions often involve Walk and Talk therapy in gardens such as Meadfoot or Goodrington and can include sitting somewhere quiet. Whether you just want to move while talking or want to incorporate nature into the therapeutic processes, I can offer this.
Depending on distance, there may be an additional travel cost.
I value Financial Inclusion (Concessions available)
To make therapy more accessible, I offer a discount for block bookings of six or more sessions and needs-based concessions on individual basis. Please contact me directly to discuss availability and rates.

For your convenience, I accept payments via bank transfer.
Payment should be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, I require 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge for the missed session.
