Backed by over 11 years of professional experience, I specialise in guiding people through their mental health challenges, processing past experiences, and improving their overall wellbeing.
I know that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes talking helps, and sometimes the body needs attention too. That’s why my approach blends integrative talking therapies with polyvagal techniques, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga —helping you reconnect with both mind and body.
I provide both general and specialised therapies trauma therapy, crisis recovery, domestic abuse support and neurodiversity. I also work with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, and other mental health difficulties.
