Extended Therapy Sessions

Physiological and mental changes take time ~ and this option gives it to you.

Who is this for?

 ✓ You want more time for deeper exploration through combined talking and somatic therapeutic work

 ✓ You want to add in advanced guided practices in mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, or polyvagal exercises. 

 ✓ You experience severe anxiety or stress before therapy that makes you feel scattered, makes it difficult to concentrate

 ✓ You struggle to remember sessions

 ✓ You benefit from longer time spent calming your nervous system before leaving.

 ✓ Is you’re fight/flight/freeze response overactive? This session allows more time for the process of pendulation and other poly-vagal techniques to strengthen your vagus nerve to increase emotional stability and reduce threat response

These sessions are individually planned for you. They are 70-90 minutes long. They may be held weekly, biweekly or as a one off. 

Due to their length, these sessions can be more intense so upon booking we will check together if this is right for you and agree the structure for the session.
